Why did I get involved with Grab Life by the Balls:

I got involved with Grab Life By The Balls because men’s mental health matters, and too often, it gets brushed off as a joke.

I’ve seen too many good blokes in my circle isolate, laugh things off, and struggle in silence, sometimes with serious consequences.

I truly believe that something as simple as connection and being of service can change lives.

I’m here to show up, have the conversations, and if I can help change even one life. It’s worth it.
