This might include: Setting up and packing down events BBQs and sausage sizzles Selling raffle tickets Welcoming attendees Assisting with registrations Helping at community expos General event support No two events are exactly the same, and you can volunteer for as much or as little as suits you.

There's no minimum commitment. Volunteer opportunities are offered as they arise, and you're free to RSVP to the events that fit your schedule. Whether you help once a year or once a month, every contribution makes a difference.

Most community event and fundraising volunteer opportunities are currently based on the Sunshine Coast. As Grab Life By The Balls continues to grow, opportunities may become available in other locations.

No. Community Event Volunteers help support events and fundraising activities as opportunities arise. Wingmen are trained volunteers who help host regular Grab Life By The Balls events and support attendees at local locations. No experience is necessary. We're simply looking for friendly, reliable people who are passionate about supporting boys' and men's health and wellbeing through mateship. We'll provide any information you need before the event.

Absolutely. Many volunteers bring a mate along, and we encourage it. After all, mateship is what we're all about.

We'll let you know if there are any specific requirements for a particular event. Generally, comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes are all that's needed. For some events, we may provide a Grab Life By The Balls volunteer shirt or name badge.

Because every conversation, event and connection helps us create positive and proactive change in boys' and men's health and wellbeing. By volunteering, you're helping create opportunities for blokes to connect, build friendships and strengthen their support networks.

Yes. At this stage, our community event and fundraising volunteer opportunities are available to people aged 18 years and over. We appreciate that younger people may be keen to get involved, but most volunteer roles involve working alongside adult volunteers at community events and activities. If you're under 18 and interested in supporting Grab Life By The Balls, we'd still love to hear from you, as there may be other ways to get involved through our programs, fundraising activities or community initiatives.
