Why did you become involved with Grab Life by the Balls:

Nothing pleases me more than a catch-up with friends and making new ones. I know the challenges in self-care and want to give every man a chance to "down tools", take a breather and have a great chat.

Why is Mateship important to you?

It reminds me that I'm not alone in this world when going through good times and bad. Having my mates around me, helps me get through tough times and celebrate the good ones.

Favourite food/ meal?

Cheesecake, I would walk over hot coals for a cheesecake with a coffee.

Star Wars saga, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Napoleon Dynamite.

"Run to the roar" - facing uncomfortable situations head-on, because they’re usually the ones that matter most.
