Sunshine Coast's Biggest Workout is rolling into Swans Rugby Club this September, and Grab Life By The Balls will be there firing up the BBQ.
Motivate Mums are the ones behind it, a big community morning for the Million Moves campaign in its third year. Picture an outdoor park workout with a stage, music and a heap of Sunshine Coast businesses coming together for one solid morning of exercise.
We need a few good humans to:
