Come down for a BBQ and chat with a good bunch of blokes to start off your Sunday morning. Bacon and eggs will be provided and all are welcome to come along, Grab Life is a Proactive Men’s mental health group and I am excited to be launching the Lake Mac group. Bring a coffee along I will be down there from 7:30-8:30 just bring a hot frothie along to start the day
Grab Life By The Balls is a positive men's mental health movement based here on the Sunshine Coast. Our events are centred around mateship, connection and community; and we do this in a very casual and laid back way...the aussie way.
